Tube and pipe up to 9 m long, cut to length with every hole, slot, cope and notch already in it. One of very few machines like it in BC and Western Canada, and it's coming to our Richmond shop.

Rare in the West. As far as we know, only a handful of shops in BC and Western Canada run a fiber tube laser this size. Now you don't have to ship tube work east or overseas.
Round, square and rectangular tube from 12 mm to 240 mm across, plus angle, C and U channel, I and H beam, flat bar and solid bar. Up to 9 m long and 300 kg a piece. Not sure your profile fits? Send it and we'll check.
Mild steel, stainless and aluminum, plus galvanized. Tell us the grade and wall thickness and we'll match the cut to it.
Every feature is cut where the drawing puts it, while the tube turns in the chuck. Parts come off ready to weld.
Bolt holes, cable slots and drain holes in any face, located to the tube, not to a tape measure.
Fish-mouth ends that wrap the tube they meet, so round frames fit up with no grinding.
Clean 45° and compound corners for frames, gates and furniture.
Parts that lock together on the weld table: self-jigging, square, and fast to tack.
V-notches that fold one tube into a bent frame with one weld instead of four.
Decorative cut-outs, vents and your logo cut right into the tube.
The loader feeds a tube, the chucks spin and carry it under the 6 kW head, and finished parts drop onto the out table. No layout, no saw, no drill press.
Clips show the same model of machine at the maker's plant. Our own footage follows when it's running in Richmond.
If it's made of tube, it gets faster, straighter and cheaper on a tube laser. Tap one to ask about yours.
Drop a STEP model or a drawing. We measure every tube, count the cuts and price the engineering, the laser time and the steel in about a minute.

A STEP or IGES model is best; a drawing with tube size, wall thickness, length and quantity works too. We'll nest it and reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. Tube parts go straight to our MIG and TIG bay, and the 5-axis can machine critical faces true after welding.
Send a STEP, IGES or drawing with sizes and quantities. Booking first-run jobs for when the machine lands.
