How we do it
A precision machined part, done right.
Where a 3-axis shop needs four setups, the DMU 75 reaches five faces in one. Fewer setups means tighter tolerances, faster turnaround and a lower price on complex geometry. Send a drawing, a model or just the old part: we reverse-engineer too.

What tolerances can you hold?
±0.005″ as standard, tighter on suitable features. Tell us which features matter and we'll confirm for your material and geometry.
Can you copy a part without a drawing?
Yes. Bring or ship us the part and we'll measure it, model it and machine a new one.
