How we do it

A full sheet, cut to shape, done right.

Our router takes a whole sheet, so profiling, pocketing, drilling and 3D carving happen in a single run. We crane heavy plate onto the table and hold it flat, so the last part is as true as the first.

How big can you cut?

A full 5 × 10 ft sheet. Larger pieces can be cut in sections and joined.

Can you cut aluminum on the router?

Yes, sheet and plate up to 1.5″, with proper fixturing and coolant.
